Madison County Youth League Baseball is a non-profit organization with a mission to help develop our community’s youth through sports. As a non-profit, our league needs the help from the community of businesses in our direct area in order to fund the fields, equipment, administrative responsibilities, and scholarships for children who come from low income households. We do hope that your company will contribute to our league through a co-branding sponsorship.
Descriptions of Sponsorship Opportunities
1.) Sponsor’s name added to team uniform: Our players are proud of their teams, themselves, and their achievements. Our players will be sporting team uniforms with their sponsors brand on them throughout the community. This is a great way to get your company’s name out there in the community during the season and off-season.
2.) Vinyl Banner: Every sponsor that opts in for the “Sponsorship - A” package will have a vinyl banner hung at all 5 of our game fields throughout Madison County. Any sponsor that opts for the “Sponsorship - B” package will have a vinyl banner hung at one game field of their choice.
3.) Social Media advertising: We have nearly 800 followers on Facebook and have just launched our Instagram (active during Season). All sponsors will get a social media announcement and their logo added to our league website.
4.) Plaque: Whether you opt for the A, B, or C package, you will receive a custom plaque with your sponsored team’s picture to hang in your organization recognizing your commitment to our community.
